Pickle Roll Ups

Time: 15 minutes 

Appliances/Tools Needed

  • Knife


Ingredients

  • 8oz softened cream cheese

  • 1 package soft flour tortillas (small or medium)

  • 1 jar of baby dill pickles

  • One package of thinly sliced deli ham (optional)


Directions

  1. Drain pickles to remove excess moisture, set aside

  2. Lay one tortilla flat and spread enough cream cheese to cover comfortably

  3. Place a slice of deli ham over the center of the tortilla

  4. Place a pickle on one end of the tortilla, then roll completely

  5. Use your knife to cut the pickle roll into slices as thick or thin as you like

  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve
