Blueberry & Banana Smoothie

Time: 2-5 minutes


Appliances/Tools Needed

  • Blender 


Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (may need to add more depending on desired thickness)

  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla yogurt (greek if preferred)

  • 1 scoop preferred vanilla protein powder (optional)


Directions

  1. Add hard ingredients into blender (frozen banana, blueberries, protein powder)

  2. Add soft ingredients into blender (yogurt and milk)

  3. Blend & serve!
