Blender
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1/2 cup milk of choice (may need to add more depending on desired thickness)
2 tablespoons of vanilla yogurt (greek if preferred)
1 scoop preferred vanilla protein powder (optional)
Directions
Add hard ingredients into blender (frozen banana, blueberries, protein powder)
Add soft ingredients into blender (yogurt and milk)
Blend & serve!
