Ingredients
Cooked rice
Ground turkey
Cooking spray or extra virgin olive oil
Taco seasoning
Can of sweet corn
Can of black beans
Frozen bag of fajita veggies
Shredded cheese
Shredded lettuce
Salsa
Sour Cream
Directions
Start by heating up your fry pan to a medium temperature with a small amount of cooking spray or oil.
Add in your frozen bag of fajita veggies. Let them cook for a few minutes while stirring throughout. Once cooked, set aside.
Turn up the heat to a medium high temperature and add some more cooking spray.
Add in your ground turkey and while it cooks, you can use your spatula to start breaking it up into small pieces.
Once ground turkey is almost cooked, add in your taco seasoning and mix thoroughly. When the turkey is fully cooked, set aside.
On your serving dish, add a layer of cooked rice. Then add the cooked ground turkey and the fajita veggies.
Layer with your favorite toppings, such as canned corn, canned beans, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream, etc.
