Cheesy Tuna Casserole


Time: 20-30 minutes

Appliances/Tools Needed

  • Oven

  • Can opener

  • 9x11 oven safe pan (or size of your choosing)

  • Mixing Spoon or Spatula 

  • Mixing bowl

  • Pot (for egg noodles)


Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna in water

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 bag medium egg noodles

  • milk (or almond milk)

  • Shredded cheese of your choosing


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Cook medium egg noodles according to directions on package

  3. Strain noodles and transfer into a mixing bowl

  4. Drain 2 cans of tuna and add into the mixing bowl (do not mix yet)

  5. Add 1 can of cream of mushroom into mixing bowl



  1. Stir the mixture and add milk until desired creaminess

  2. Add in shredded cheese of your choosing (typically colby jack) and stir again




  1. Transfer mixture into 9x11 oven safe pan (or pan of your choosing)

  2. Sprinkle shredded cheese of your choosing on top of mixture to cover entire pan (typically sharp cheddar)

  3. Put dish in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until cheese is slightly golden
