Conventional oven
Flat baking dish

2 Mixing bowls
Latex gloves (or zip lock bags)

Ingredients
Bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
Extra virgin olive oil
Minced garlic
Onion powder
Paprika
Italian Seasoning
Baking powder
White vinegar
Salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400.
Using gloves, remove chicken thighs from the package and place in a mixing bowl.
Add the white vinegar to the bowl and rub into chicken to clean.
Once the chicken is clean, add to other mixing bowl along with oil
Add seasoning to chicken as well as baking powder, mix thoroughly.
Add a small amount of oil to the baking dish and rub around with a napkin.
Place chicken thighs in a dish with the skin side down, cover with foil and place in the oven.
Bake chicken thighs for 25 minutes then remove from the oven and flip chicken to be skin side up. (Optional: drain some of the chicken fat)
Finish baking for another 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°.
(Optional: Broil chicken thighs for 2 minutes on high for extra crispy skin!)
