Five-Minute Protein Cookie Dough

Time: 5 minutes + freeze time

Appliances/Tools Needed

  • Mixing Bowl

  • Mixing Spoon


Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup of almond flower

  • One scoop of protein powder

  • 1 scoop of peanut butter (equal to protein powder)

  • 1 ½ tbsp sweetener of choice (maple syrup, date syrup, honey, etc.)

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1-3 tbsp of almond milk

  • Dark Chocolate Chips (measure with your heart)


Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients and freeze
