Pasta Salad

Time: 30 minutes 

Appliances/Tools Needed

  • Stovetop

  • Large pot

  • Strainer (optional)

  • Mixing bowl (large; can also use any casserole dish or foil tray)

  • Spatula (optional, can use anything to mix ingredients with)

  • knife


Ingredients

  • 12oz tri-color rotini noodles

  • 1 bottle italian dressing of your choice

  • 6oz packaged pepperoni

  • 1lb broccoli & cauliflower (combined)

  • 1 large bell pepper (any color)

  • 8oz shredded cheese (any kind)

  • Salad Supreme seasoning (to taste, optional)


Directions

  1. Cook and drain pasta, set aside to cool (if you don’t have a strainer, you can use a pot lid to drain the water, or a slotted spoon to slowly drain and transfer into the mixing bowl by the scoop)

  2. Cut pepperoni slices in half, set aside

  3. Chop the broccoli and cauliflower into bite sized pieces, set aside

  4. Chop the bell pepper into either small pieces or thin strips, whatever you prefer

  5. In the mixing bowl, combine pasta, broccoli/cauliflower, bell pepper, pepperoni, and shredded cheese (you can adjust the amounts of each ingredient to your liking)

  6. Add in ½ bottle of italian dressing and mix well

  7. Season pasta salad with Salad Supreme seasoning to taste

  8. Add more dressing and seasoning as desired

  9. Eat right away or refrigerate until ready to serve
