Ingredients
3 tubes of cinnamon roll dough
Cooking spray or butter
4 large eggs
½ cup of half and half
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/3 cup pecans. chopped
1/3 cup sour cream
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
On the cutting board, cut each roll of dough into 4 pieces: 12 pieces total.
Spray baking dish with cooking spray or grease with butter.
Whisk together the eggs, half and half, cinnamon, and salt in the mixing bowl.
Add in the dough to the mixing bowl and toss lightly until well covered, pour mixture into baking dish.
In the regular bowl, mix the brown sugar and pecans then sprinkle on top of the dough.
Bake the casserole until puffed and golden, around 35 minutes.
In the regular bowl, mix together the frosting packets and sour cream until smooth.
Once the casserole is finished baking, allow to cool for 10 minutes then drizzle with the frosting mixture.
