Meal Prep Breakfast Egg Muffins

  • Mixing bowl

  • Cutting board

  • Whisk

  • Muffin pan

  • Spoon


Ingredients

  • 10 Large eggs

  • ¼ cup milk

  • Shredded cheese of any kind

  • Crumbled cooked breakfast sausage

  • Preferred peppers or veggies

  • Cooking spray or olive oil


Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Dice peppers or veggies and put aside.

  3. In the mixing bowl, crack all eggs.

  4. Add in milk and whisk until thoroughly combined.

  5. Once well mixed, add in cheese, sausage, and veggies. 

  6. Pour mixture in muffin pans and leave a centimeter of space for rising.

  7. Sprinkle top with extra cheese and bake for 15-17 minutes.
