Quick Egg Salad

 Time: 15 minutes


Appliances/Tools Needed

  • Stovetop
  • Pot
  • Separate bowl for cooling and mixing
Ingredients
  • 4-5 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • Dill to taste
  • Note - ingredients can be adjusted to preference, but mayonnaise to mustard should be a 2:1 ratio (mayonnaise should be double the amount of mustard).
Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil; add eggs (with shell)
  2. Boil eggs for 12-15 minutes, until hard boiled
  3. Place eggs in bowl with cold water for 5 minutes
  4. Peel eggs and separate the whites from the yolks and place yolks in a separate bowl
  5. To the yolk bowl, add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, & paprika and mix well to combine
  6. Once fully mixed, add egg whites and dill


  7. Use mixture in a salad, in a sandwich, or by itself
