Appliances/Tools Needed
- Stovetop
- Pot
- Separate bowl for cooling and mixing
Ingredients
- 4-5 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Dill to taste
- Note - ingredients can be adjusted to preference, but mayonnaise to mustard should be a 2:1 ratio (mayonnaise should be double the amount of mustard).
Directions
- Bring water to a boil; add eggs (with shell)
- Boil eggs for 12-15 minutes, until hard boiled
- Place eggs in bowl with cold water for 5 minutes
- Peel eggs and separate the whites from the yolks and place yolks in a separate bowl
- To the yolk bowl, add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, & paprika and mix well to combine
- Once fully mixed, add egg whites and dill
- Use mixture in a salad, in a sandwich, or by itself
