Turkey Sliders

Appliances/Tools Needed

  • knife
Ingredients
  • Hawaiian bread rolls
  • Sliced sharp cheddar cheese
  • Sliced turkey
  • Cucumber 
  • Mustard (optional)
  • Lemon pepper (optional)
Directions 
  1. Gently slice open a Hawaiian roll (a bread knife would work best, but any sharp knife will do as long as you're careful)
  2. To the bottom slice of bread, add a thin layer of mustard
  3. Place a thick slice of cucumber on the bottom slice of bread
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of lemon pepper over the cucumber slice
  5. Fold a slice of turkey to it the bread size (or cut the slice smaller) and place on top of the cucumber
  6. Fold the cheese to fit the bread (or cut the slice smaller) and add desired amount
  7. Place top half of bread on the slider and enjoy!
