Cheese-Stuffed Snack Peppers

Time: 15 minutes

Appliances/Tools Needed

  • Knife

  • spoon

  • Bowl


Ingredients

  • 8oz cream cheese

  • 1 package dry italian dressing mix

  • 1 package mini sweet bell peppers


Directions

  1. Cut peppers in half and remove seeds and membranes (I find it easiest to just use my hands for this part), set aside.

  2. Mix together the cream cheese and dry italian dressing (for a different filling, use any cold cheese spread instead, such as Laughing Cow or Boursin).

  3. Use the back of a spoon to press the cheese into the inside of the snack peppers.

  4. Eat right away or refrigerate until serving.

  5. If you don't have a knife, you can also keep the peppers whole and use the cheese as a dip.
